1. Non-Refundable Fees

All fees paid for our services are non-refundable, unless our SEBI registration is suspended or r cancelled.

2. Incorrect KYC Information

If you provide inaccurate or incomplete KYC details, services will not be rendered and any fees paid in such cases will not be refunded.

3. Premature Termination of Services

In the event of a premature termination of services, we willrefund the unutilized portion of your subscription fee on a pro-rata basis for the remaining subscription
period.

4. Partial-Month Subscriptions.

• Refunds for partial-month subscriptions will generally not be processed, except:
• At the sole discretion of the Research Analyst (RA), or* Ifmandated by SEBI.

5. Suspension or Cancellation of SEBI Registration

If our SEBI registration is suspended for more than 60 days or cancelled, we shall refund any unutilized fees from the effective date of suspension or cancellation.
